Celebrate this festive season by doing a few paint projects to makeover old Christmas decor or add some festive cheer in a quick and easy way. To inspire you, we have put together some of our own projects using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™ and Annie Sloan Detail Brushes (Which make great gifts by the way!)
We used old jars and painted them with different patterns using Chalk Paint™ in Old White and Annie Sloan Detail Brushes. We used circle stickers to create a pattern by placing them on the jar before painting it and then removing them afterwards.
For this project we gave some old Christmas decor a refresh by painting them using Chalk Paint™ in Duck Egg Blue, Florence, Emperors Silk and Old White. To finish it off, we used Annie Sloan Gold Leaf to add some glitz and glamour.
We spruced up some normal brown paper using Chalk Paint™ in Old White and Annie Sloan Detail Brushes. It’s so easy to create something beautiful with these brushes! The brushes do all the work for you.

This is an easy project to spruce up your Christmas table! They are so easy to make and so special to have something hand made as part of the decor. It’s also so easy to personalise each one for all your guests.
Pot Plant Gifts
This is a quick and easy gift solution! We up-cycled old Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™ cans and turned them into pot plant holders! We used Chalk Paint™ in Duck Egg Blue, Amsterdam Green, Aubusson Blue and Old White as well as Annie Sloan Detail brushes to create the patterns. The patterns we chose were made by simply dragging the different brushes over the pained surface, it was as easy as that!
If your Christmas baubles are looking like they’ve had better days, here is an idea of how to refresh and personalise them using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™. We’ve used Chalk Paint™ in Old White, Florence, Amsterdam Green, Duck Egg Blue and Emperor’s Silk as well as Annie Sloan Detail Brushes.
